Outstanding all the way around! Just took ACLS and BLS recert with Aki and was completely overjoyed to find a place to do ACLS without crying during the mega-code. Ok a slight exaggeration, but at Heart Share in San Jose, my instructor failed two providers and by the time I stepped up to bat, I was tachy, diaphoretic, and panicked.

Yes, I made it through, but why wouldn’t you want to laugh, enjoy, learn, and practice without all that stress and truly learn what you are doing. If this sounds good to you, then take your classes with ERT, they rock!!

Went to Emergency Response Training for ACLS recertification on a friends recommendation.  I was not disappointed.  Alex is a great instructor.  He’s both a paramedic and ICU/ER nurse so you get the dual  benefit of his field and hospital experience.

The class size is small, great for someone like me who’s a real bonehead when it comes to ACLS.  The classroom is clean and new.  There is plenty of equipment available to practice with.  I really liked the way the megacode scenarios were run, well organized and non threatening.  Free coffee and snacks, a total bonus.

After 17 years of being an RN and going through recerts for BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP, I can honestly say that Defib has been THE best place to LEARN.  I actually feel like I have learned more from taking classes for PALS and NRP here than all the other places combined.

Their no-nonsense, realistic approach to these certifications along with the expertise and EXPERIENCE to back up their teaching really brought it home for me.  I will definitely return again and again and I proudly wear my “Keep Calm and Push the Epi” shirt they gave me!
