Recently got certified for a newer skill. The instructor, Kim, was amazing. She took the time to explain, made the class interesting and kept it real in the sense that she gave realistic examples and scenarios. The facility was easy to find too. I always freak out about parking and the email sent prior to class helped alleviate that because it gave clear instructions on my options of where to park. I appreciate the facility for being organized, clean and having a restroom/water/coffee available. I’ll definitely be back in the future for any renewals. Thank you!

I have taken ACLS many many times in many forms and venues. This by far was the best experience. Instructor was comfortable, personable and knowledgeable. He had the ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them clearly with the inclusion of personal experience and relatable analogies. He was respectful and humble and kept the class moving smoothly. Highly recommend

DeFib This has provided ACLS training that was comprehensive and relevant. My instructor Aki Williams made the scenarios relevant for all of us in the class which made it engaging and fun to learn. I increased my knowledge and confidence around ACLS during this class. I would recommend Defib This for any BLS, ACLS training.

I lived in Santa Cruz and would walk to my ACLS/BLS class. I now drive from South City because the atmosphere in the classes and teachers are so great.
